Shipping FAQ

During this time we are taking all precautions to keep all of our staff safe and play our part in trying to control the spread of COVID-19. While we are able to continue offering our regular shipping at this time, USPS is experiencing delays in carrier services and delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
**can not be tracked, and therefore if you are placing an order from out of the country, we can NOT refund lost or stolen orders. This rarely happens, usually your package is just tied up in Customs.

**Please note: an extra Customs charge may be applied to your order. This fee is not charged by The ConneXtion and the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes. Please check with your local Customs office for more information about possible charges.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OPTION FOR USA ADDRESSES (available at checkout):
1. Priority Shipping (3-4 days) for an additional $8.00

When can you expect to receive your package?
-Contiguous 48 United States: You can expect to receive your order within 6-10 business days,
but sometimes delivery time may exceed this time due to product availability.
Please email us if you have any questions about what is currently in stock.

-All Others: You can expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks.

Please note: Washington state addresses will be assessed sales tax.

Also note: if you have a discount applied to your cart, the shipping charge will be applied to the original amount, not the discounted amount.
